Station: Sanctuary/Foyer General Setup

Description

We need to get the sanctuary and foyer setup with tables to match the guest count. You do not have to be here for the full time. More details will be provided as we get closer.

Duties

Move chairs/tables, bring in round tables, and setup chairs and stations for food.

Description

Helping with the finer details: decorations, table centerpieces, lighting, etc.

Description

Station: Refreshment/Snack Prep

Description

People might come hungry and need a refreshment or a light snack.

Duties

Help setup refreshments: Coffee, Tea, Hot Water, Water, etc. Help set out light snacks

Station: Banquet Dish Assistance

Description

A lot of people arrive at the same time and have their dishes ready to be placed. We need to somewhat organize the dishes that arrive on to the buffet tables as needed.

Duties

Receive dishes from attendees and organize them on the buffet line.
Ensure dishes have serving utensils - serving spoons, tongs, labels, etc.

Station: Dishes

Description

Doing the dishes! A time honored tradition after sharing a meal.

Duties

Run the dishwashing stations (training will be provided if needed). Put away dishes. Ensure attendees get their dishes (cleaned) back if they brought one.

Station: Cleanup

Description

One of the largest tasks of all. Many hands make light work.

Duties

Clearing, cleaning, and putting away tables in the sanctuary and foyer. Resetting the sanctuary chairs for Sunday. Taking down any temporary decorations.
