Description

Pick-up the turkey (After Dec 14th)
Cook the turkey *Keep the drippings in a container you don’t want back
Debone, and slice the turkey and put in tin tray *Keep carcass in a large freezer bag
Cover tray with tin foil and freeze, no plastic wrap. Freeze the drippings and carcasses too
Return the turkey, drippings, and carcass by Dec 24th at 12pm *Turkeys cooked on Dec 22-24 do not need to be frozen.
